I love to play basketball and it makes me stop thinking about whatever I was thinking about and just focus on the game. I think basketball helps you clear your mind. Basketball is more than a game, it is a skill you have to work to achieve. Sometimes you have good days sometimes you have bad ones, but you always try to do your best and give it everything you have. This is the same thing with writing.
