In the Book Cosmic, Liam Digby is reading a book called Talk to Your Teen. Here are some examples of good parenting advice I think should be in the book.

• Never let them doubt you or talk back to you.
• Try to have a conversation where they are paying total attention to you.
• If they are disrespecting you, take their phones away so they know their actions have consequences.
• If possible, take family trips to keep the family together and keep them happy.
• Keep them happy at all times and don’t let them fuss over silly things.
