This week at Carowinds in Charlotte, North Carolina there will be the opening of the brand new ride called “The Hand.” “The Hand” is a thrilling ride with many exciting inversions. This enclosed steel roller coaster goes into a dark tunnel during the ride. “The Hand” has exciting drops ranging from 30 feet in the air to 100 feet. To ride in the coaster you must be at least 4 feet tall and this ride is NOT recommend for young children. If your child has any doubts about this ride don’t force him or her to ride it. This sit down ride holds two to a cart and twelve carts a ride. This ride may be a bit fast for comfort for certain people. It goes one hundred twenty miles per hour. If you have ever experienced an unstable heart condition or have constant headaches or are currently pregnant this ride is not for you. This ride is g3 and has one big drop in the beginning of the ride. I’m excited to see you come for the grand opening of this thrilling new ride.
