In the book Cosmic, Liam reads a book titled, How to Talk to Your Teen. I am adding a chapter to his book. How to talk to your teen if they want to go to a party. If your teen wants to go to a party, you should let them. Don’t be that strict parent that everyone hates because you don’t let them go, although you don’t want to let them to go to a party that you don’t approve of. If you don’t want them to go, ask who will be there, why they want to go, where it is. Then give them three good reasons why they can’t go. Pretend that you have planned a dinner to their favorite restaurant or something like that. You can also tell them no, I let you go to the past (however many) parties you need to stay home tonight. You can also tell them that they have a big test tomorrow or that week and they have to study for 45 minutes and then they can go. That is how to talk to your teen if they want to go to a party.
