Chapter 6 what to do when your teen is obsessed with their phone

At one point we all have teens that are obsessed with their phones. The first thing you need to do to solve this problem is just take away their phone. If you have the kind of teen that will just find their phone and start using it again, hide it. And finally if you can’t get them off their phone, have their phone just shut off at a certain time.
